A replacement product will be organized as long as stock is still available. Alternatively, a credit note will be issued which you can redeem on your next purchase.
Colour VariationsWhilst Pearl Interior does everything possible to ensure that its products are as accurately represented as possible, there may be a slight
colour variation between displayed colours and actual colours due to computer monitor resolutions. For further clarification please do not hesitate to contact us

Pricing
Prices displayed are in AUD and they may be subject to change without notice if necessary. All prices displayed include 10% Good and Services Tax (GST) for
Australian customers. GST is automatically deducted for customers who live outside of Australia.
Shipping/Freight
Whilst it is very difficult to quote exact shipping/freight costs prior to actual time of shipping, Pearl Interior suggests all customers to advise of their postcode for delivery
destinations and insurance options to obtain a quote for shipping. Pearl Interior does not charge any extra for packaging and handling. Best attempts are made to provide customers reasonable shipping/freight quotes.
Almost all items are shipped in their original packaging with utmost care.
Payment Options
Payment for your purchases can be made either by credit card, direct bank transfer, cheque or by money order.
Payment by Credit Card
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard. Please note, that for credit card purchases a photocopy of your credit card (front and back) and photo ID
(drivers' licence) maybe requested by Pearl Interior for security purposes. This may be faxed to 02 9631 9099 or emailed to sales@pearlinterior.com.au.

Payment by Direct Bank Transfer
Direct bank transfer through internet banking can also be made into our bank account for any purchase made online. Upon checkout you should receive an email
confirming your order with our bank account details and your purchase order number. With online banking please leave your "purchase order number" as reference
so that we can identify your payment or request the teller to do so if depositing at a branch.
Please note that Pearl Interior reserves the right to cancel your order if payment is not received within 5 working days of placing an order.

Pearl Interior is happy to accept business cheques, personal cheques, bank cheques and money orders in Australian currency. Cheques or Money Order are to be made
out to Pearl Interior and write your "purchase order number" on the back and post it to Pearl Interior, Shop 2, 20-22 Darcy Street, Parramatta, NSW 2150. Items purchased by
cheques or money order are subject to clearance from respective bank or Australia Post.
